I have done nothing since re-building the carburteor. I twisted my knee a couple weeks ago and I am unble to climb into the boat to do any work. It looks like this will really be a winter project as I will have to wait for the "procedure on my knee" to be completly healed.
At least I can now upload some more pictures with my extra time.

Hey Dave,
This is Tom, Gina's husband. I did this too. Number one lesson learned....Never take anyone's word for the operating condition of anything you buy used...ie..motor/outdrive. You stated it runs good and that is awesome. Hopefully the outdrive doesn't need much work. The trim drives for my boat were $320 each. I got them rebiult for about $50 by a professional.
It looks good and good luck. I'm jealous and I wish I was there to help you work on it.
